ISO Spa Floatation Centre

The ISO Spa is a unique service offering in the Ottawa area. Terlin became involved very early in the process in a pre-construction consultation role to make sure the project met the owner’s allocated budget. As a new model for spas in the region the owners, the design team and Terlin worked collaboratively to design a space that satisfied all requirements.

Construction took six weeks to substantial completion and required creative solutions given that part of the space extended into 20 foot ceilings with a structural wall dividing the fit-up area.  Job schedules reviewed weekly were integral to keeping the delivery on time. As large equipment had to be installed in each spa room, space planning and coordination were key elements in delivering this successful project.
