This project was the shell construction of a new 9,100 sq. ft. plaza with seven units. The scope of work included all underground work, site services, excavation, formwork, backfill, framing, roofing, exterior finishing and landscaping, HVAC, doors and window installation, drywall and paint, plumbing and electrical. A nice addition to Greenbank Road!
