Ottawa Gastrointestinal Institute

The doctors at the Ottawa Gastrointestinal Institute wanted a new high end, hospital grade colonoscopy clinic and turned to Terlin Construction for a design-build solution that allowed full economy and efficiency to be realized. Terlin assembled a project team that included architectural, engineering, interior design professionals and coordinated the process from the beginning to address cost, schedule and constructability.

The clinic features 8 exam\scope rooms and a large recovery room with 18 beds in addition to support areas such as a large reception room with fireplace, admin offices and staff room. Terlin Millwork Division supplied a custom high end millwork package for the space. The Terlin project manager established and monitored the project schedule with regular updates to the clients and the final result is a professional office our clients can be proud of.
