Purdy’s Chocolates

Now with three locations in the area, when Purdy’s Chocolates moved into the Ottawa market, they chose Terlin Construction as their local fit-up partner. Working in retail malls comes with special challenges and Terlin’s project management methodology was critical to special limitations on access, deliveries, and hoarding that are common to these locations. When working with a retail chain, the construction schedule becomes very important as national level retailers have many elements to introduce to the space after the fit-up in order to achieve consistent branding across all their stores. As such, being delayed in construction is never an option and Terlin is proud to say that all of our projects completed exactly on time.
