Terlin has undertaken several projects at the historic Château Laurier, including the recent renovations to Zoe’s restaurant and lounge, and the exclusive Gold Lounge, the complete renovation of the 6th floor guest rooms, as well as the Hays and Karsh suites and the executive boardroom. Our team always works closely with building ownership and hotel operations staff to coordinate the materials, trades and hotel noise requirements during construction.
