Elmwood School

This project was an extensive renovation and upgrade of Elmwood’s Biology and Physics labs which were originally built in the 1950s. The space features a number of unique design elements, including glazing details, custom millwork and curved walls. The scope of work also included solving HVAC issues, new sprinkler work and M&E. Terlin has completed a number of projects for Elmwood School over the past decade, including washroom and classroom renovations, the fit-up of the school uniform shop, and custom millwork to match heritage elements in the original part of the building (built in 1923).
